Mark Fisher Mark joined Standard Insurance Company as a real estate specialist in 1984. In 1996, Mark was elected vice president of StanCorp Mortgage Investors, LLC, a subsidiary of StanCorp Financial Group, Inc. the holding company of Standard Insurance Company. He was appointed vice president and managing director in June of 2004. In this role he leads StanCorp Mortgage Investors, LLC in their origination of over $1 billion in new commercial real estate loans annually and the management their portfolio of commercial real estate loans exceeding $5 billion. Mark is currently President of the Board of Governors of the Chartered Realty Investor Society. He is a past Chairman of the Life Mortgage and Real Estate Officer’s Council, and is a former member of Commercial Board of Governors of the MBA. Mark graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Mark was awarded his Master Certified Mortgage Banker designation in October of 2004 from the MBA, and his Chartered Realty Investor and the Counselor of Real Estate designations in 2005. Amy Frazey Amy started her involvement in the commercial real estate finance industry in October 2004 as the Assistant Vice President, Investment Administration for StanCorp Mortgage Investors, LLC, a subsidiary of StanCorp Financial Group, Inc. the holding company of Standard Insurance Company. In her current role she manages the reporting, accounting and servicing associated with their commercial real estate portfolio which exceeds $5 billion. Prior to that she worked for Standard Insurance Company as their Treasury and Financial Services Manager for 4 years. Prior to joining StanCorp, Amy spent six years in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP leaving as an Audit Manager. Amy earned a B.S. in Business - Accounting from Montana State University and became an Oregon State CPA while at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Jeff Grose Jeff is a Regional Managing Director - Northwest Region with Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services – a commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm with offices throughout the US. He has worked in the Portland office of Colliers since 1998 providing appraisal services on a wide variety of assets. In recent years his area of practice has focused on industrial and office properties. Jeff graduated from Willamette University with a degree in Economics. Robert Hefty After a successful career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Bob joined Mortgage Market, Inc. in 1998 as their CFO. Mortgage Market, Inc. was a top northwest residential real estate lender/broker. In May of 2004, Bob and two of Mortgage Market, Inc.’s senior management team founded Pacific Residential Mortgage, LLC. At Pacific Residential Mortgage, LLC, one of the top residential and commercial real estate lender/brokers in the state, Bob serves as the company’s Senior Vice President and CFO. Bob also serves as a Director for Smart Power, Inc., which is a start-up solar power generation company. Bob graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting and is licensed CPA. Mary Tripp Verlee Mason Mike Morey
Currently Oregon & SW Washington’s Regional Manager for M&T Bank Mortgage, Paul began his mortgage career in 1997 with a local mortgage brokerage firm. Since his entry into the mortgage industry Paul has worked for highly respected organizations including US Bank Home Mortgage as a Regional Manger, and as an Area Manager for Umpqua Bank Mortgage before joining M&T Bank in 2008. Paul earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Communications from Portland State University, before returning to the Graduate Teacher’s Education Program earning a secondary teaching license in Social Studies, English and Drama. Michael Williams Mike has a Business Development Officer for Sterling Savings Bank’s SBA/Commercial Real Estate Division since 2007 and has worked for Sterling Savings Bank since 2006. He began his commercial real estate career in 1980 working for Hunt Properties in Dallas, Texas. From there he worked for several development companies in a variety of markets including Dallas, San Antonio, Austin and Minneapolis. In his current position, Mike focuses on the real estate financing needs of small business throughout Oregon.
