OMLA – Your Salem Watchdog!

 

Our OMLA Legislative Committee was hard at work on our behalf in 2009.  The Legislative Committee reviewed over

100 pieces of proposed legislation during the 2009 Legislative Session.

 

The Legislative Committee opposed close to 30 pieces of Proposed legislation, and through OMLA’s lobbyist, JimMarkee,

OMLA has been fighting to ensure our industry voice was heard.

 

During Legislative Sessions your peers who serve on the OMLA Legislative Committee meet every 2 weeks with Markee & Associates,

the OMLA’s government relations experts.  You may view a list of the Legislative Bills that the

OMLA opposed or supported in 2009 on the Legislative page.

 

The Legislative Committee and Markee & Associates will be hard at work during the 2010 Special Legislative Session.
